Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Grand Rapids supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
