Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
