Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
