Highbridge West Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Grand Rapids working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience.
