Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
