Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Haven Property Management looks after rental homes across the Fort Worth area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
