Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
