Harborlight Bridge Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes.
