Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Oak Civic Services supports public agencies in Fort Worth with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
