Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Birch Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
