Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Denver presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Denver. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
