Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Linden Care Services supports families and individuals in Dallas with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
