Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Columbus, OH)

Summit Rook Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Columbus, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
