Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 250 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
