Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge West Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Columbus, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
