Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Housing and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
