Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Cleveland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 967 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
