Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Transit Planning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
