Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Harbor Civic Services works with county and city offices around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
