Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Nest Community Partners is a Cincinnati charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
