Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Chicago, IL)

Ironwood Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
