Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Summit Learning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 237 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
