Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Arts Center and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
