Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boston, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Boston. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
