Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boston, MA)

Redstone Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Boston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 768 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
