Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
