Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Boise, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
