Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boise, ID)

Cedar Fern Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
