Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Oak Civic Services works with county and city offices around Boise, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
