Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Birmingham caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
