Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Birch Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
