Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Birmingham. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
