Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Mill Civic Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
