Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Highbridge West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Austin, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
