Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
