Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Bright West Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
