Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Lumen Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
