Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Austin, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 697 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
