Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Austin presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 527 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
