Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Corner Community Partners is a Austin charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
