Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

Bright Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Austin, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
