Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Harbor Care Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
