Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Works is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
