Senior Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Bridge Civic Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
