Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Ember Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tulsa, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
