Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center is an arts centre in Tucson with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
