Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Tucson serving students and families, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
