Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Stone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tucson presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
