Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Early Learning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
