Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
